Research Intern in Science (Atomistic Modelling)

We are seeking a Research Intern to join our Research Team in London and Paris, working on the intersection of quantum chemistry (QC) and machine learning (ML). As an intern, you will be contributing to research projects in collaboration with InstaDeep’s research team and industry partners.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a PhD programme (or recent graduate) in a STEM discipline.
• At least one of the following required, more than one is a plus: Experience in developing and benchmarking quantum chemistry algorithms, Demonstrated understanding of quantum mechanics, and quantum information theory, Experience in running quantum chemistry computations, Research experience in quantum chemistry, computational chemistry, fundamental physics or mathematics, Experience in graph neural networks, or extensive experience in machine learning, One or more publications (or arXiv pre-prints) related to the research topics listed above
• Programming experience with Python is required, with further experience in packages such as qiskit, jax, pyscf desirable.
