At Instagrid, you will be part of the clean-tech revolution by expanding the indirect sales channel across all European sales units. You will drive the growth of our indirect sales channel across Europe by shaping strategy, managing partnerships, and enabling teams for success.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales at a distributor or reseller (construction industry knowledge is a plus)
- Deep understanding of distribution, efficient sales structures, and avoiding channel conflicts
- Experience in introducing new brands and product categories to resellers and strategically managing distribution partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management, and teamwork in an international environment
- Ability to work independently and succeed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) within Europe
