Software Engineer, Full Stack position at InstaSwitch. The role involves building and scaling backend infrastructure using Rails 7+, contributing to Lit/TypeScript frontend and client SDK, and collaborating with a small, senior team on architecture and technical direction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Ruby on Rails experience
- Proficient in TypeScript
- Fintech experience
- Comfortable working across the stack and in AWS
- Comfortable building and iterating without a lot of process scaffolding
- Startup or small team experience
- Self-directed and effective in ambiguous problem spaces
