Job Description
Instead is a tax platform revolutionizing how taxpayers and professionals manage their finances, combining LLMs with tax law. The Director of Data & Analytics will lead their IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology for global operations. This role involves hands-on leadership and collaboration with various teams across the company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or systems leadership.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise in data tools (Tableau, dbt, Hevo, FiveTran, Metabase, Zapier, Mosyle, EasyDMARC, Splashtop, Salesforce, Zoom, Snipe-IT, Salesforce Billing & CPQ, Google G Suite, Twilio, Ninja, Slack, Docusign, Polly, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, Loom).
- Solid background in data governance, integrations, and reporting best practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning priorities with executive leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
