Tax Staff

Instead is a tax platform that helps taxpayers and tax professionals collaborate to save money on taxes. We're seeking a motivated Tax Staff member to support our team in helping clients identify tax savings opportunities through strategic tax planning and implementation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of public accounting experience with exposure to tax compliance
• Proficient in preparing returns for (some not all) 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in tax advisory services
• Good communication skills for client interactions
