Job Description
The Credit Assistant will process new credit account requests, plan and perform customer collection calls, and work with other departments to meet customer needs. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Requirements
- Professional, technical or administrative training (2-year associate’s degree)
- General knowledge applicable to credit and/or accounting
- A minimum of 3 years’ work-related experience
