Product Manager

Instinct Science is a veterinary innovation company that offers a range of tools and services to veterinarians. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's veterinary software platform and driving the development of solutions that improve operational efficiency for practices while supporting Instinct's continued growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in an entrepreneurial, early stage start-up environment, ideally in SaaS/Cloud software
• Strong understanding of product management and agile principles
• Experience building a strategic roadmap, getting stakeholder buy-in, and driving major product initiatives from conception to launch
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a 'roll up the sleeves' attitude
• Customer-first mindset, focused on empathizing with customers' problems and aligning the team around their use cases
• Creative problem solving skills, ability to work with ambiguity, and manage multiple problem areas in parallel
• Focus on outcomes over outputs, setting meaningful goals for your team aligned with company objectives
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
• A desire to continuously learn, grow and improve and encourage others around them to do the same
