Assistant Professor in Computational Methods for Artificial Intelligence - 3 years Fixed Term Contract

The Telecom SudParis is recruiting a Lecturer in Computational Methods for Artificial Intelligence (Assistant Professor / Tenure Track, 3-year fixed-term contract) to focus on advanced computational methods for Artificial Intelligence. The position aims to strengthen methodological and algorithmic work on one or more of the following axes: optimization and learning on very large models and datasets, improving the performance of generative models, and exploring hybrid approaches combining classical and quantum learning.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in applied mathematics or a related field
• Publications in international journals
• First experience in teaching
• First post-doctoral experience in research appreciated
• Fluency in French and English
• International experience appreciated
