Employment Specialist for Adults with Developmental Disabilities at Institute of Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA). Supports clients with autism and intellectual disabilities in the community. Makes a difference in their lives by helping them achieve their goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable vehicle, valid CA driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid + ProAct certification (within 2 weeks of hire; training provided)
• Ability to physically assist clients as needed
• Personal care assistance (restroom assistance/changing diaper, wheelchair assistance, comfortable with ADLs)
