Job Description
Instrument is a design and technology company seeking an Executive Producer to lead the development portion of complex projects and maintain key client relationships.
Requirements
- 7-9 years’ experience leading the production of technical teams
- Expert creation and maintenance of iterative technical project and team management approaches and methods
- Proven ability to demonstrate effective and inclusive project management best practices
- Expertise with software development processes and terminology
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving approaches
- Tact, humility, common sense, and maturity in interacting with people at all levels
