Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience producing complex digital or technical projects
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing enterprise-level client relationships
• Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to translate between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact delivery
