Co-op, Supplier Quality Engineering (July-December, 2026)(Onsite)

The Co-op, Supplier Quality Engineering position is a part-time job that will last from July 6, 2026 to December 18, 2026. The role will work closely with engineers on selection, qualification, and management of Insulet's suppliers, ensuring product/service quality meets Insulet requirements. The co-op will also be responsible for communicating Quality metrics through supplier scorecards and Management Review to the organization, suppliers, and Executive Management.

Requirements

• Support and/or lead Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to improve product & process design specifications.
• Support and/or lead communication on design or process changes with suppliers via External Quality Action Requests (EQAR).
• Support and/or lead continuous improvement projects to improve supplier quality processes.
• Work hands-on with lab equipment (Optical Gage, Microscopes, Battery Testers, etc.) to aid Quality Inspections or Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Improve internal processes (data analysis, workflow systems, etc.) by automating tasks and standardizing methods using applicable software skills (VBA, etc.).
• Apply Six Sigma & Lean concepts.
• Performs other duties as required.
