Job Description
Insulet Corporation is seeking a Counsel, Intellectual Property to join its dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IP litigation, patent drafting and prosecution, and IP transactions, with a background in software-related technologies, medical devices, and strong experience in IP best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to practice before the USPTO and at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in patent law, preferably with a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Strong experience in IP litigation, patent drafting and prosecution, and negotiating IP agreements required
- Bachelor’s degree; Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred
