We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager to join our team. This individual will work in implementing and evaluating initiatives across digital advertising channels, establishing global best practices and partnering with global marketing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience; Digital experience a must, agency and/or multinational experience a plus
- Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Digital
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including both strategic and executional experience at multiple points of the acquisition funnel.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidelines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in BI tools and dashboard creation for campaign performance.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with dynamic data visualizations.
- Ability to design visually compelling presentations that connect insights to business strategies.
- Understanding of international marketing environments and regional business model differences.
