Requirements
- Develop and lead the territory's business strategy
- Collaborate with territory partners to co-create efficient routing strategies
- Take full ownership of the patient onboarding process
- Own and exceed sales targets
- Execute all field sales initiatives
- Leverage a consultative approach when sharing industry, disease, and product knowledge
- Present Insulet products and differentiate them from competitive products
- Analyze problems and implement solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in delivering high-quality customer onboarding and training
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative staff
