Wire Technician (Third Shift - Onsite)

The Wire Technician position works with hands on small projects and products, production assembly, and detail-oriented machines. The role involves setup, operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, and working with human machine interfaces to identify and correct process control shifts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality, be dependable, and work collaboratively within a team, with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Perform equipment setup, operation, repair, and maintenance tasks to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Maintain machine raw material feeds and perform fault clearing and stoppages on automated equipment
• Utilize human machine interfaces to identify and correct shifts in process control
• Ensure adequate raw material preparation and timely job execution for on-time delivery
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machinery
• Use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances
• Follow standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Maintain a clean work environment suitable for medical device manufacturing
