Driver Training Investigator

The Driver Training Investigator will investigate fraud and ensure compliance within the driver licensing business line. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical, writing, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, within a fast-paced environment and under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Ability to use critical thinking/analytical skills to process large amounts of data
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to collect evidence
• Experience and proven ability organizing and analyzing evidence and data
• Strong communication skills with superior report writing
• Focused, results-oriented, and decisive
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large and varied case load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships
