The Talent Development Programs team is seeking a Manager, Learning Development and Implementation to lead the design, development, and execution of high-quality learning materials.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
- Proven experience leading a dynamic group of unionized learning professionals
- Experience applying the principles, concepts and techniques for all aspects of adult education including the planning, design, development, delivery and measurement of learning and development programs
- Strong computer systems and applications skills, including learning technology and learning development software
- Experience with e-learning platforms and emerging best practice related to learning delivery methods, experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS a bonus
- Background in project management in large organizations, is an asset
