IT Support Specialist providing on-site support for local and remote end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with onboarding and training. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a helpdesk environment, with a strong understanding of IT concepts and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a helpdesk environment
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware and software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Thorough understanding of IP networking
- Experience with Low Voltage devices
