Job Description
The Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) is seeking a FORTIFIED Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure compliance with the FORTIFIED program standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Conduct on-site inspections and audits of construction projects
- Review documentation and reports submitted by builders and contractors
- Identify and document discrepancies, deficiencies, or areas of non-compliance
- Collaborate with builders, contractors, and program administrators
- Maintain detailed records of all inspections, audits, and communications
