Manager, Professional Services / Responsable des services professionnels

Insurity is seeking a Manager, Professional Services - Business Analysis to lead a team of Business Analysts delivering client-facing implementations of our commercial insurance SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has experience in Policy Administration Systems and P&C insurance, and can engage effectively with carrier stakeholders and guide teams through complex rating and coverage requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in software or technology, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Experience leading BA efforts for external, client-facing software implementations (SaaS preferred and/or enterprise platforms preferred)
• Background in P&C insurance or policy administration (commercial lines experience with PAS, MGA, or underwriting platforms is a plus)
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a delivery-focused environment
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, documentation, and UAT leadership
• Demonstrated strength in coaching, change management, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
