Job Description
Insurity is seeking a Sr. Analyst, FP&A to collaborate with teams across the organization on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to support strategic business decisions. The role will analyze financial results, prepare variance reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years planning and analysis or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- Advanced knowledge and experience: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), Financial systems (ERP/FPM Systems (Intacct/Pigment a plus)
- Agile learner, able to quickly assimilate relationships between variables under analysis
- Team player, possessing a strong work ethic
- Active listening
- Analytical and critical thinking

- Ability to collaborate and work independently
- Written and oral English communication
