Job Description
We are looking for a Production Support professional to work on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with Alert handling, SQL Server, Citrix, and RDP. The role involves working a night shift, utilizing PRTG Monitoring, and performing SQL query runs.
Requirements
- NIGHT SHIFT: 7PM TO 7 AM (4/3 SHIFT)
- Utilizing PRTG Monitoring for events
- Alertsite Web monitoring
- SQL query runs
- Shift work 4/3 - Night Position
- Defined nightly check lists
- Escalation procedures
- Ability to stay on task and follow process
