Job Description
As a Training Specialist at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training solutions to support the achievement of operational and functional goals. You will work with business units and customers to determine instructional goals and objectives, and design and deliver programs and curriculum using a variety of media.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of work-related experience
- Classroom experience preferred
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Excellent presentation and customer relation skills
