Financial Analyst - Broker Reporting

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our national Broker Finance Reporting team! As a Financial Analyst, you will help shape broker performance reporting and insights, assessing broker performance, identifying key trends and drivers, and translating findings into clear narratives and recommendations.

Requirements

• Post Secondary education in Finance, Analytics or Mathematics
• Minimum 3-years experience simplifying complex data into clear insights that guide decision-making
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Excel
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and broker distribution is a strong asset
• MS Access/SQL familiarity is an asset
• Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec
