We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the team responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) of our external parties, including authentication and authorization services.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a high-performing team delivering IAM capabilities for brokers, partners, and customers
- Build and manage a multi-year IAM Strategy and Roadmap (authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle)
- Own operational effectiveness of IAM platforms and services
- Drive platform simplification and modernization
- Evaluate new capabilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, security risk, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Support projects and programs by decomposing complex initiatives into phased deliverables
- Ensure services meet SLOs for availability, performance, and resilience
