Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster, Casualty to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for revising files presented to the Small Claims Court and the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec, as well as participating in arbitration and supporting policyholders in various stages of a file dispute. This role requires strong knowledge of litigation and negotiation, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Hold a certificate in claims adjusting (5A)
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in law or diploma in law techniques (an asset)
