Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team! As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll design and develop end-to-end AI solutions, lead the exploration, implementation, and testing of new NLP solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (computer science, mathematics, AI, engineering, or a related field)
- At least 5 years of experience in data science applications and product development, with a strong focus on NLP and machine learning
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) - integrating with APIs and evaluation techniques
- Experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining software in cloud environments (strong preference for AWS)
- Multi-platform production experience with the following: Python, GitHub, AWS, and CI/CD tools
- Expert-level understanding of the underlying theory of machine learning
- Ability to collaborate with others and to coach junior members of staff
- Enthusiasm for teamwork
- Strong communication, time management and work organization skills
