Senior Product Designer

Our growing team is looking for a Senior Product Designer! As a Senior Product Designer, you play a key role in evolving our digital ecosystem. You’ll be part of the Engagement team, that’s responsible for creating positive engagement with our clients. You'll work on native mobile applications across multiple brands.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of of relevant experience designing digital products that have been released in the market, with a proven track record of success.
• Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements.
• Ability to contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently, with ambiguous scope.
• Ability to present ideas to senior management.
• Expertise in usability, user-centered design and design thinking practices.
• Expertise in facilitation, design research, and strategy.
• Mastery of design tools (Figma etc.)
• Experience working with design systems and on native mobile applications.
• Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
