Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts and Finance Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical abilities, proficiency in financial reporting, and a strong command of English for clear communication.
Requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support credit rating assessments and internal budgeting processes.
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to generate insightful financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Assist in audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance activities in coordination with external auditors and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka.
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and contribute to the agency's thought leadership in financial markets.
