Job Description
We're Hiring! The client is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Area Sales Manager in the FMCG industry. The role involves being present in the field to ensure product availability and quality of service, and driving the team for results. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, leadership, and analytical skills, with a degree in Marketing or Business Management and at least 10 years of work experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business Management or professional qualifications in SLIM / CIM
- Minimum 10 years of work experience
- Experience in FMCG industry is a must ( Retail / Wholesale )
- Experience in Distributor Management
- Knowledge in MS Office package is an added advantage (MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint )
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English
