WE ARE HIRING: Business Analyst HR Solutions. We're looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager - Business Analyst.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
4-6 years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in HR/recruitment systems.
Hands-on exposure to HR platforms such as SAP HR, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or ATS.
Familiarity with job portals (TopJobs, XpressJobs, Ikman, etc.) is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes (payroll, onboarding, performance management, engagement).
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills (English essential; Sinhala/Tamil an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a recruitment firm, HR solutions provider, or IT company delivering HR solutions is a definite advantage.
