WE ARE HIRING: Business Analyst HR Solutions. We're looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager - Business Analyst.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- 4-6 years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in HR/recruitment systems.
- Hands-on exposure to HR platforms such as SAP HR, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or ATS.
- Familiarity with job portals (TopJobs, XpressJobs, Ikman, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes (payroll, onboarding, performance management, engagement).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills (English essential; Sinhala/Tamil an advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a recruitment firm, HR solutions provider, or IT company delivering HR solutions is a definite advantage.
