Assistant Manager - HR

We are hiring an Assistant Manager - HR to support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, manage recruitment and selection, and oversee employee onboarding and engagement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Recognized professional HR qualification (e.g., PQHRM, CIPM, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
