Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager HR to lead and manage the HR team in executing all HRM functions efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field (Professional HR qualification preferred)
- 46 years of progressive HR experience in the apparel or manufacturing sector
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
