Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Modern Trade to manage and grow modern trade and fashion chain outlets.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee modern trade and fashion chain outlets to drive sales growth and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade retailers and partners.
- Lead and support the modern trade sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Ensure effective product visibility, promotions, and timely distribution across outlets.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and overstocking.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance trends, and provide insights to support business growth initiatives.
