Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Manager Sales to join our team. The role involves identifying and targeting potential clients, building strong relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and transportation logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with freight forwarding.
- Familiarity with customs brokerage
