Job Description
WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead and manage sales & marketing team, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing (Real Estate/Construction preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to design and implement marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Real Estate is a plus
