Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager Strategic Planning to coordinate and optimize production activities within the Elastrometric Covering plant. This role involves developing and executing production plans, ensuring capacity utilization, and driving operational efficiency to meet customer demands.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing with proven expertise in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software.
- Familiarity with Lean Enterprise manufacturing principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, time management, and customer focus.
