Job Description
We're InTalent Asia, a recruitment partner in Sri Lanka, hiring a dynamic BI Analyst to fill an exciting role for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI tools, data visualization, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Python, R+, and AI/ML applications would be an added advantage.
