Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions in the banking and finance domain. The role involves analyzing data, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations that support process improvements and business objectives.
Requirements
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights
- Identify inefficiencies within workflows and propose optimized solutions
- Create clear and detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with requirements
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed
- Prepare technical documentation and develop workflow diagrams for solution design
