Requirements
- Completion of Diploma Level/NVQ Level qualification
- Food Handlers Certification
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Restaurant setting up and pre-opening experience
- Proficiency in Jaffna and South Indian Food cuisine
- Proficient in English communication
- Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to showcase seamless customer engagement and build long-term relationship
- Fostering a positive relationship with suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and effectively guide kitchen Restaurant staff
- Ability to perform reliably, flexibly, and responsibly under pressure
