Director Food & Beverage (F&B) responsible for ensuring business performance, maintaining food and beverage costs, and providing high levels of member care.
Requirements
- Professional qualifications from a recognized University/Hotel School
- Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience in similar position
- Ability to tactfully handle members and team members
- Possess character qualities of: Attentiveness, thoroughness, orderliness, gentleness, enthusiasm, creativity, decisiveness and persuasiveness
