Job Description
We are hiring an Employee Relations & Counselling Officer in Software Development. The role involves developing positive relationships between employers and employees, handling grievances and disciplinary issues, and demonstrating expertise in labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing employees grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Exceptional communication, listening and counselling skills
- Strong legal backgrounds and expertise in labor laws
