Engineering Team Lead

We are hiring an Engineering Team Lead to manage software delivery Agile process, lead technical teams, and collaborate with stakeholders. Strong experience in software development and Agile methodologies is required.

Requirements

• Manage the Software Delivery Agile process
• Collaborate on requirements and manage their acceptance
• Conduct regular grooming, estimation, planning, and sprint retrospective sessions
• Help the product team create proper requirements
• Review team metrics and improve the delivery process
• Review software quality and the effectiveness of the QA process
• Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments or stakeholders
• Identify and resolve problems, escalating issues appropriately
• Set and monitor team targets and objectives
• Evaluate, develop, and ensure the success of team members
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Communicate regularly with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Coach and mentor direct reports
• Assist in hiring and resource planning
• Set and monitor targets and personal development goals for team members
• Mentor and support team members across multiple projects
• Provide impact analysis on proposed upgrades and enhancements
