Requirements
- Manage the Software Delivery Agile process
- Collaborate on requirements and manage their acceptance
- Conduct regular grooming, estimation, planning, and sprint retrospective sessions
- Help the product team create proper requirements
- Review team metrics and improve the delivery process
- Review software quality and the effectiveness of the QA process
- Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments or stakeholders
- Identify and resolve problems, escalating issues appropriately
- Set and monitor team targets and objectives
- Evaluate, develop, and ensure the success of team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Communicate regularly with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor direct reports
- Assist in hiring and resource planning
- Set and monitor targets and personal development goals for team members
- Mentor and support team members across multiple projects
- Provide impact analysis on proposed upgrades and enhancements
