Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
