Executive - Documentation

We are hiring an Executive - Documentation to work in the Shipping & Logistics industry in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves retrieving and processing pre-alert documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating vessel documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Shipping, or Logistics
• Experience in Documentation (Import & Export) in a similar industry (Minimum 3 years ideal)
• Strong command of English written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Strong coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset
