We are hiring an Executive HRIS & Analytics professional to support the implementation, testing, and ongoing monitoring of a new HRIS system. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS user acceptance testing (UAT), system support, and HR process analysis.
Requirements
- Preference for male candidates with experience in HRIS UAT and system implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
