Job Description
We are hiring an Executive IT to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, maintain IT systems, and ensure IT security protocols.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years in IT support or related roles
- Familiarity with CCTV, PABX and networking
- Experience with ERP (SAP B1, IFS, or similar)
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
