Finance Analyst

WE ARE HIRING!!Finance Analyst: Track customer payments, review SOAs, and reconcile payments with company records. Liaise with customers and internal teams to address payment-related queries. Identify gaps in accounts receivable management and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Proficiency with customer portals and internet-based tools
• Solid understanding of AR processes and financial reconciliations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with financial software systems and intermediate proficiency in Excel is advantageous
