Finance Head

We are seeking a strategic Finance Head to lead financial management for country business units, overseeing financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, audits, and statutory compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) with hands-on experience in accounting software.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; manufacturing sector experience preferred.
• At least 5 years in Big 4 accounting firms at managerial level (preferred).
• Expertise in BFRS/IFRS, GAAP, ERP systems, and SAP.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and inspire confidence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage teams across locations.
